Dence – Body care as a daily indulgence

Body care as a daily indulgence

The insight

Body care is no longer just about cleansing or moisturising. It's a moment of personal indulgence, woven into everyday life. That shift reframed the entire creative strategy behind the brand.

Strategic foundation

A sensorial-first body care brand that is inviting to consumers, stands out on shelf, and explores active-led body care through an elevated lens. Every packaging and digital decision was measured against this positioning.

Audience

[Who Dence is for: e.g. urban 22–35 shoppers who buy body care online and treat the shower as their reset.]

Packaging architecture

One silhouette, three formats

Body wash, body lotion and an odour control bar share one vertical wordmark and one information panel, so every format is recognisably Dence before a shopper reads a word.

Dence – A range that reads at a glance

Signature build · 01

A range that reads at a glance

Problem

On a shelf or a quick-commerce grid, body washes blur into a wall of similar bottles. Shoppers need to find their fragrance and benefit in seconds.

Built

A colour-coded system: one hue per fragrance, a vertical wordmark that stacks across the range, and the active percentage called out on the front panel.

Why it matters

Most discovery happens on a phone or a crowded shelf. Colour, name and active have to land before the shopper moves on.

Digital & e-commerce design

Packaging logic, carried through to the product page

The same information hierarchy from the pack (fragrance notes, actives, benefits and ritual) was rebuilt for the product detail page, so the brand reads consistently whether it's held in hand or scrolled through on a phone. One voice and one visual system, carried across every surface a customer meets Dence on.
